Description

Rendered the image in about 10 nights (yup, it was about the longest render I've had so far). It started as a comparison to what Vue 5 could do pertaining to Bryce 5. Bryce's interface is way faster and therefore works easier (able to handle more objects at once). Vue's render is faster and has real HDRI. Simulated HDRI by letting a half lightdome (100 lights) picking up the colors of a mapped sphere and therefore comming realy close to real HDRI.

Really cool work. I hope - as most Bryce Users i think - that in newer Version the Render-Engine would be much faster...

HDRI only matters when one looks at the final image.. never had any real problems with Bryce with attempting it!! But Vue does have the advantage though... but just love Bryce too much to change!!! This is really outstanding work, love the overall lighting and render!!! Great job !!! ;o)
