Responding to this thread by sanosoke - http://www.renderosity.com/messages.ez?ForumID=12398&Form.ShowMessage=2157218 This image contains nothing that can't be done with the unregistered version of Terragen and a bit of postwork as follows: 3 TG skys layered together To keep the lighting consistent with the cloud cover I created a new empty layer in PSP and made a gradient to darken the foreground. I used Flaming Pear's Laquer filter on the river (which also has an overlay for the sub-surface btw).

Wow thanks for all the info on how you made the picture - I use PSP too and I was very interested. Like the idea of layering the sky .... Lacquer finish is awesome. Lovely pic!
