Sir Winston Churchill gave a BIG push to turn a black page in the history of Europe. Your impressive capture of this statue is worth his famous phrase: blood, sweat and tears. BRAVO !!!

My father-in-law hated Winston Churchill and blamed him for everything that went wrong in the war. Personally I think he should have shown him gratitude. Thank you.

Wonderful photo with this beautiful taken statue! Well done!!!

I like how he matches the walking man in the pedestrian signal in the background. Somehow he made it to the Montreal World's Fair to be included in the ideograms. There is a Churchill tank in the square in Sarasota, Florida. I thought of him as I went into a religious bookstore there. And of course who can forget the duplicity of Matrix-Churchill shipping machine tools to the Iraqi nuclear program before 1990. He showed you don't have to ennunciate clearly to be understood.

I agree with tallpindo..the "walk" figure is a great match for his stance. I also like the pensive nature of the figure along with what appear to be students..there's a connection there even though the super DOF separates them. Well done Ken!
