Nice one. Interesting contrasting aspects! The buildings with their B&W looks against the colourfull sky, the shadow at ground level underneath the clouds full of light and the warmth of a deserted wintery street. Morning shot?

EXCELLENT sky in this shot! But whats even more amazing is being able to see the buildings & the detail without them being underexposed (or overexposing the sky). Great balance with that!!
