Petri is a Finnish bloke who has always felt attracted to fractal images, and somehow doesn't seem to get tired of them no matter how many of those he sees. Sure, there's plenty of uninteresting material around, but someone always manages to push the envelope and bring something new into the genre, forcing him to stay around for a few more days...weeks...years. Petri is not a professional artist in any sense; he merely records the visions and entities that he encounters in the infinite fractal spaces. In other words, he usually makes images more or less intuitively, without any kind of pre-planning or such. The main reason for this is that he is a lazy dreamer....

Great glass feel in this work!!. Only recently we've been realizing the incredible properties glass and crystal have, for transmitting and storing information. Maybe we should try this mutation, as it's well proven that our organic carbon based brains, don't seem to work very well!.lol.. Your art is in constant evolution, no free tickets needed...I came just on my own!!.lol.

I wouldn't want to drop this, it looks really fragile. And ofcourse, beautiful to look at. :)

Very nice. Not only the shape of the flame, but the complexity of all that is going on in this image. Good work.

Beautiful image and the glass effect is excellent. This is an important image. Since I am involved with people with Alzheimer's Disease, this reminds me of the fragility of the brain, the destruction and disconnection as the disease progresses. All of this occurs in the person as a whole as well. V

OH WOW Petri, HOW COOL IS THIS! I can see the right and left hemisphers...I can see the optical lobe....the petutiary gland...omgosh, blood vessels connecting it all together. The frontal lobe is quite present, and spinal cortext in full view. hahahaha.....this is phenomenal!!! You should send this off to a university, and have them show it in a biology class, I bet they would name more things...been a few years for me since neuro biology...wow this is UNIQUE and a masterful work of art!
