Description
I've tried to do a picture of Jimi Hendrix several times, but it just doesn't get there. This is as close as I've gotten and warped it into more of a caricature. In Poser, he looked like Shaquille O'Neal. In Bryce, he looked like a young "black" Michael Jackson. In Photoshop, he went from Burt Reynolds to Little Richard. A few years ago I did an image of Miles Davis and that came out fine, so it is possible.

As a Hendrix Lover I can tell ya anything you do that does not disrespect his memory is an excellent work of art. This is wonderful in its own way. Keep at it until you get the look and feel you are trying for Excellent work

The point of view given lets the mind fill in the blanks...looks well done to me. Your limited in poser faces, I can imagine the difficulty in getting the right look. I can hear him jamming, fast enough to burn....(=
