Description

Hi Everyone, This is the first photo with my new camera. Nikon Coolpix 8800. This flower is from the Australian Grevillea plant. It can be a ground cover, shrub, or tree of the large chiefly Australian genus of the same name, many of which have extremely showy flowers and are widely cultivated as ornamentals. You held it really steady...the colours are so vibrant.I also like how the stems dangle. The compression does affect the quality,but that could be your preference. Great start to what I hope will be many many shots from this camera.
