That vertical tower in the top of the shot..... seems to me that that is what the ship has come to explore. If we were looking at this as a motion sequence, I'd expect it to come more into the center of the shot. On the other hand, if the tower is irrelevant, you might consider cropping it out. Having something that distinctive at the top of the frame throws the overall composition.
