Description
Bit of an experiment, just trying some new painting techniques!
Victoria 3 rendered in Poser 4, postwork in Photoshop 6.
Character is Sam from Time Prisoners 2. The hair, clothing and armour are postwork (the exception being the chain parts from TP2).
Sword is a freestuff item by 3DMost
The background and orcs are also painted freehand in Photoshop.

You know you've made an impression on me when I saw this and I remembered another piece from YEARS ago that I really liked with a similar postwork style. well now... THIS... is AWESOME! I just love everything about this picture :D Nice job, I really like the feeling this picture introduces me to... It's like... Warmth/passion and fear and hatred combined. And still I adore it, it is more alive then a picture which is just rendered. Nice atmosphere too... Gash! Sweet pic! Sorry I couldn't comment on this sooner - don't visit here as often as I used to. Your postwork has erased almost any resemblance to a dead V3 render which is always an accomplishment! As always, nice work on the cloth and background!
