I was going to upload this image under this name anyway, but cynlee beat me to it when she posted the photo in honor of her daughter's 19th birthday. It reminds me of Paul Lehr and Richard Powers SciFi paperback covers from the '60s, when a shape like this could be a spaceship, a mechanical whatis, or an alien standing amidst tiny people......

sigh gorgeous. elegant. pure. reminds me of a native African dancer. i have my head in the clouds and for two days straight, i'm daydreamin' about Africa!!! sorry...can't help but see it like that!!!!
