Imaginative and fascinating renfer of how we put our heart into our painting :-) Great work!

Without your comment I saw this as dark and gothic and spooky. With your comment I see it as powerful, poetic, and beautiful. I'm one of those weirdos who likes both types of things - dark and beautiful, so now you've got what to me is a fantastic image. Spooky and wonderful, dark and beautiful, gothic and gorgeous. I guess the best compliment I can offer is to say an image SPEAKS to me. Let me tell you, this one is talking!!! Way to go! Great work!!! (Oh, and thanks for your comment below the painting - helped me to see both sides of the image). Great Job!

Looks great. Not to start a flame war but painters are not the only folks who put their hearts into their work. scratches at infected stitches.

Or perhaps... the portrait shows how the artist' heart bleeds everytime putting paint on canvas. Different interpretations - sign of good work isn't it, when viewers have their own take and care enough to comment. Might not be the same as the artist - but perhaps just as valid.
