You had a staff meeting in the stairwell? (just joking) I would say you've done a good job on anything youve done on the postwork. Any color correction or adjustments you may make to her reflection would just blend it in to her (main image) too much where it wouldnt be able to tell any difference, and somehow there needs to be that "dividing line." Only thing I can see is maybe cropping it a little differently- taking a lil more off the right (or maybe not as much as you cropped off of the left- depending on what the original was like in that area). Anyways- enough spewing from me here.... its still a great photo!!

Excellent work! I am very impressed!!!

A couple of nitpicky things.... but only in the reflection in the mirror/background, I can see white pixels(?) around the bottom of her nose, and a little bit too much smudging/softness on her hair on the left side.... otherwise I think it's fantastic... great lighting and postwork, whatever it is that you did.

same as Michelle, but I really, really like this!! definately worth the effort... gorgeous hair, the black, the pose... certainly worth working on, wonder what the original looked like, what ever was there maybe could've applied a swirl effect to everything but get clearer when it comes to her reflection, just an idea... but really i do like the black just fine :]

It's a splendid portrait. The pale complexion and red hair work beautifuly with the black. I guess maybe any postwork people can detect might be too much. Also, hard to tell without seeing the original.

I agree with cynlee and Michelle A. In my opinion it may have been a better idea to have as sharper divide between the subject and the black. Otherwise a great effort and well worth the time. On top of that she is a beatiful subject and seems so relaxed. I find some of the best opportunities for a photograph are when people are doing natural things and not posing as they tend to stiffen up for a pose.
