Description

~*~Mother Nature~*~ Mother Nature, watching, protecting, trying to save what we have destroyed. She has taken many forms throughout the years and througout mans time upon this plane. We humans have taken what she has given us and slowly begun to destroy all that is left of her glorious works. Chief Seatle said it best when he said, what we take we must put back, we are all one, and must live as one (not a direct quote from his speech but close enough) Words which we all should try to live by as best we can. This image is not the 'classical greek' nor other myth figure of her, but my own interpretation of her. :) ~~~~~~~~~~~ All the images were sketched seperately, some used in other works in my gallery. The only new figure to the equation is the lady. She's an older image I sketched about 20 years ago. Again, quite old, redone and touched up in PSP 9. Combined all images by ghosting them, then adding to the picture. Some more touching up and frame added in PSP 9 with a Sinedot filter. Thank you to all who viewed, and or commented this past week, you've brightened my days by your lovely words and thoughts. I hope you all enjoy.... as always Pat

Hey PPedersen:Thank you fore the e mail and your thoughts and concern. I was deeply moved when i wrote to you . explain the bad english. there is no resemblence betwin the to wimen. but my first thought when i saw your picture was to my brother in law. I share your thoughts towards nature i am a writer as well as artist in drawing and have writien similar thoughts .
