excellent work here. I like the idea and the composition. The trees look great too! One little thing: Maybe make the remains of the wooden roof look charred?

Lighting is quite successful, but usually 3-10 lights carefully placed are enough to properly light a scene. Only texturing should be improved - especially on stone walls, tree trunk and coat.

Agree with Safila on textures and totally disagree on the silly rule of thumb of 3-10 lights - use as many lights has you need and can afford. WEll done image.
