Dear David, This is a very beautiful dedication and since I'm commenting right after Cal, I can see that he is as moved as I. I'm always so amzed at the level of detail in your work. I couldn't begin to imagine how many separate elements you have to juggle and how long it must take to render. I think one of the most unusual things is that if you scroll up and just look at the top, the rain creates an almost oil effect on the vegetation - particularly from a few feet away. Rain is tough to do, but this works very effectively. Your beautiful ladies in sensuous poses, the rich color and detail, the soft movie matte painting feel have all become distinctive features of your work. A little while ago, I told Dudley that he too had a very characteristic style that was instantly identifiable - so do you my friend! Your images leap out of the monitor at one.
