Lovely, God bless the French for caring about their roof lines, and not permitting the wholesale wreckage of old communities that we do here in the USA. Nice photo.

I find it interesting that even with all these houses grouped so closely together, I feel a sense of separateness. The lighting really adds to this as does the view from above. Very well done. :0)

You have a unique way of capturing light that is soft yet the images are crisp....almost as if they were studio lit rather than a natural sky...and it's very pleasing to the eye. Is it just the nature of the ambient lighting in this part of the world or what?...whatever it is, it certainly sets your photography apart in an exquisite way. It's hard to explain what I mean, but ( and this is not meant as a critique of your skill in any way) the only other times I've experienced this phenomenon is in the artificially painted ceilings in the Venetian Hotel, Las Vegas for instance...the sky is surreal. Sounds silly...but although they aren't the same...it's the only thing that comes to mind to try and explain what I mean. ...and I love it!
