Description


These birds lay eggs in the nests of other birds and leave them to the care of foster parents. They used to follow roving herds of buffalo and had no time to stop and nest.

a real problem at the state park i worked at, taking over the nests of the goldcheeked warbler & others... they also appear at our birdfeeders :P
