I love the Maya doll, which is what I used for this. First off, I used the star dome for the back drop and gave it a blue reflection and ambiance color. For the hair I used Othilie V3 hair. It was blonde but I opened the texture in photoshop and tried to go for a blueish look. With the eyes I did the same, opened photoshop and edited the brown eyes to make them blue. As you can tell I went blue crazy, everything has a blue or black color. I also used the Victoria gothic chest shirt. Next I used not one, not two, not three, but six different icicle props, each having the same color, reflection and ambiance. For the tattoo I scaled down a snowflake prop and placed it against her head, it turned out great. And of course I added a scaled down necklace. For the ground I used dragon ice. I simply flipped it, rotated it and laid two of the same props on the ground for that icey floor look. Overall I think this is a very beautiful creation from me for not being that experienced. Enjoy.
