Description

onions ;celery; bell pepper these you dice up. THEN YOU SAUTE THEM WITH 2 CLOVES OF GARLE MINCED. Add a quart of tomato sauce and 5 or 6 tomatos cut up ;and a bay leave. Add thyyms and oregano. Some cajan mix seasons [some of each paprika; black and white pepper; red pepper; garlic powper; onion powder; salt; and rosemary and some more spices you like] Cook all this to a boil for 15 minutes Then add shimp and imiation crabmeat. Oh I added cut up whole jalapeno and hiba peppers[the hottest in the world just a 1/2 of one will do] Now without the meat you got "Creale Sauce" you can add what ever meat you wish to it or just put it on rice and eat it as is. I do not eat this all the time. I just made this up with crab and shimp. The creole sauce you can find on the net . There 1000 recipes for it lol. I added some of my own stuff to it. I cooked it myself. thanks for looking and reading. sorry I got you all hunger again

Now, if I recall correctly, that "Imitation Crab" is Pilchard, which is, on its own merits, quite good. Why would anyone sell Pilchard, which is quite good, as "imitation" anything else? In fact, in this dish the Pilchard may work better than "real" crab, because it don't compete so much with the Shrimp. What happens then when the same people start selling "Imitation" Shrimp to go with "Imitation" Crab? You want real Parmesan? Italy, or, as second best but still real, Argentina. The rest, including everything "American" called "Parmesan", is name only. Sort of like store bought "Burbank" tomatoes, bred to be picked by machines (and eaten by them too?). You know you are in deep when you walk into a place and they sell the menu and not the food. Another great one--pots and plate tell the tale of people know how to cook and how to eat and have for a very long time.
