Very nice, sympathetic and expressive face. The pose, however, could be improved a little for the right hand, though being quite possible. The render is not 100% realistic (skin, hair, dress, watch), but this I cannot consider as a bad point. She looks somewhat mysterious as some young women with similar physical characteristics. So she's very attractive because she does'nt look a pinup. One may imagine that she does'nt like to speak too much of herself.
