Description
This began in UF3, them moved on to PSP9 to add the water drop and ripples, then on to Repligator11 for the subtle edging and back to PSP9 for the frame and sig.
I'm just glad I wasn't using paper and paint, as I would have run out of paint and killed a lot of trees to get to this version of the image.
