Description

I've been wanting to take this shot for awhile. Even got covered with ants in the process.... luckily they were nice and I didn't get a single bite!!! Ha... I'm going to post the other version of this image tomorrow because I couldn't decide which one I liked better.

This MG Midget has seen better days. I know the feeling of winning and then being claimed. Vice clamors for a voice. The body is either fit or needs to go to the hospital.

What a great old car! My husband, who was born and raised on an Indian reservation in South Dakota calls these "ghost cars" Bravo!

OK, well, so much for more rambling about the car - jeez... how about the compostition!!??? I think this is an awesome shot, both shots of it I like a lot, I think the tones and perspectives are perfect Erik - you really have an 'eye' for these things, and I think there are moments when that vision in your mind comes out perfect on the page, this is one of those I think! I think it was smart to post both, because both have some detail and tone quality that is unique to each one...

I think this one is the best of them both, at least if your focus are to be on the car and not the atmosphere around it. Excellent work, this kind of shot are really hard to get here in sweden, since almost all old car get collected and destroyed.
