Description

On the same trip as I took the gorilla shot (posted yesterday), I spotted this beautiful egret at Sea World. The staff hate them, since they steal the fish from people trying to feed the seals, but you can get pretty close for shots like this. Try that in the wild without a boat or a blind to hide in... Canon 10D, 100-400IS at 400mm setting, handheld, ISO 400 setting. Comments always welcomed. Thanks for viewing!
