This is my first real creation in vue, everyone usually does a landscape etc, but i though i'd see if i could make my fave guitar, 7,000,000 polygons later here it is, made completely in vue. Hope you like it :)

excellent modeling. i played 2 les paul deluxes for years. if the guitar was inside or some kind of environment the finish would be better. the crome is muted by the open blue sky. this is a great piece of work.

I'm open for suggestions to what kind of background it should be in. I'm planning on modeling a marshall amp to with it but i've been doing this for about a week now and i'm just taking a break. Thanks for the feedback :)

Well you could lean it up aagainst the amp with a nice volumetric spot light coming down on them from above, have an ashtray on the amp with a cigarette in it for some more volumetric effects, gives it a nice blues club feel as well.Maybe a dark blue or charcoal grey setting would work best for a black shiny beauty like this.

Fantastic modelling. I wonder, how you did it in Vue. With metablobs?
