As this one evolved it reminded me of something that was once elegant, which has lost it's fresh sparkle and beauty, and had faded, decayed and even molded into something that was no longer grand and exquisite.

Nice render. There's something about some of the colors that reminds me of a stained glass window. Beautiful work and well done.

Miss Havisham probably lived in New England, more specifically Maine or New Hampshire, around the turn of the last century. Her dress was made of fine imported fabric brought by sea from Europe and made her one of the most elegant ladies in her town. The desertion of her fiancee was talked about long after her death, and her nieces, recently arrived from up in Boston to attend to her funeral, insisted she be buried in this dress. Wonderful work, grand colors and lighting, very impressive.
