Description

I'm posting this image to show what the true nature of Renderosity is all about. This is a combination of the same image before and after I posted it in the Vue forum for advice. The top is my first render which I posted in the forum for some feed back. Based on the advice I was given I went back and changed the image. The second render is the result. It's still not finished but you can see the difference in the two images. To me this is what Renderosity is all about. Artists helping artists. It is a community, a place where people with the same interest can come and express their vues and display their works. No matter how experienced that individual may be. Negative comments and putting others works down have no place here. Sorry for my rant. A shout out to Wabe, DVcreator, squid, agiel and Muggle6 for giving me advice on how to make my image better.

The bottom image far surpasses the first, and the first ones pretty ok to.I agree with the help, there is an abundance of it in the forums, and ocassionally you will even find an easter egg here in the galleries. But this is also a place where people have the right to say what they feel. There are a few "people" i use the term loosely who wander around here and bad mouth everything from everyone that dont even have a gallery or artist page here, these are the ones in my oppinion who need to be weeded out.Good job, from one ranter to another:D

You are most welcome. Here are two things: - Maybe you should only try to blurr the propeller not the plane itself or blurr the whole plane a little bit less. - What about some cloud part above the left plane, that might give the impression that the viewer sits also in a plane but flies even higher. I would try to cove only the tail to the left border of the picture. Otherwise a good example about how external help can improve a picture!!!

Huge difference. You got some great help. (Though the first one wasn't bad. Something I'd do ~L~) But the second is super.

Really! I thought R'osity was all about boobs, butt cracks, goth & fairies. LOL By the way, I agree with Muggle6 as far as blur.

I have to say that the planes in the second image are too blurry and too, well, purple. If posible, just take the planes from the first and transfer them into the second, as is, with just some motion blur on the prop

Thank you every one for your kind comments. I'm also laughing a little because I never noticed the purple hugh to the planes in the second image. Not sure where that came from!!! Jim
