...this is my last low poly model -918 polys- , I did for the game industry...
...these days I am working and trying to animate it (or hem) so here you can see a few shots from some actions he need to do when you will playing around with this "fella"...
...everything has textured with only one texture 256 X 256...
...your opinion, professional our amateur is more than welcome...

Wow, I think this is quite good! I find that texturing with only a 256x256 map is really hard! I just recently reduced my model of a rat from 1600 polys down to under 600. Then I chopped him up and layed him out for texturing but frankly I am no good at texturing. I'll post it so you can take a look. I think this is pretty damn close to proffesional. The detail in the shoes, hands, and face is astounding. I think the real test now is whether it will animate well or not.

yes,low poly modelling and mapping is technically hard,and this looks like hard work.But,judging from the poly count,I think this wont be in an Xbox game hehehhehehe
