Description
Here is the second in the Tiny Flowers series. I almost missed this one. If I hadn't been weeding in my garden, I would never have even guessed that it existed. These tiny flowers are on the end of a blade of weed/wheat-like grass. In never ceases to amaze me that even at this size, nature wants to make things beautiful.

"Soon silence will have passed into legend. Man has turned his back on silence. Day after day he invents machines and devices that increase noise and distract humanity from the essence of life, contemplation, meditation. Tooting, howling, screeching, booming, crashing, whistling, grinding, and trilling bolster his ego."
-Jean Arp, artist and poet (1887-1948)

Just a 'simple' grass.... Excellent macro-capture, Kort, very impressive! What size are we looking at now, about an inch length?
