Great posing and lighting :) The one with her hand out's right eye (her right) appears to be tad off though, or maybe I'm just tired :)

Look under the eyebrows of the forward female - see that sharp ridge line? That can be taken out or smoothed over in post. Other than that you did a good job with the posing and the expressions. I like.

I think this is great. I'd love to make suggestions, but I can't think of any to make! This made me chuckle :)

Ok - Use some depth of field to blur out the girl in back. What does the victorian bookcase have to do with the asian-looking girl and the kimono? Nothing... lose it. This one would be immensely better with shoji screens in the back. Also, lighting is really important; here, it kind of just looks like a basement light bulb or something. Consider that if you have shoji screens behind the girls, the light could be (mostly) coming from behind them, largely silhouetting them and adding drama. Constructivity, baby!

Your expressions and poseing are so good! The only thing I would recommend would be reading through R'osity or DAZ tutorials on post working effects. Turner left some cool comments - I wish he would criticize my stuff too.

I love her exspression and pose! A shy little thing trying to stand up for herself for a change. I am abit confused on the outfits of the girls though. Wondering why they are dressed so exstremely different.

I like the lighting & pose of the main fgure but I seriously object to the camera angle..it makes the 3D bookcase look like a flat image background which is not the case as I recognize the model.. maybe you should rotate it a few degrees on the Y axis to achieve a better 3Dlook and depth to the image? Camera angles and perspective are half way to the final goal of realistic 3D illustration and you wish to be one..right? :) Since you ask for honest critisism,, I somehow don't feel that these two figures fit in clothing or appearance, the back anime one is an uneeded addition distracting attention from the main one in the middle.. Finally, her face expression could take a bit of realistic improvement..try to pose your lips that way yourself on your face..there's no way an eye won't wince or an eyebrow won't go a bit higher unless you're made of porcelain! :)
