Description
I've heard that some 3D applications have difficulty handling more than a million poly. Wanted to give Bryce a work out. Pauljs75 pointed out on an earlier wip, that it was hard to make out any details, so I rendered bigger. It's still hard to make out details.
Ships modeled in Leocad. The run down: 65 Vulture Droids~ 49 Tie Fighters~ 29 Tie Intercepts~ 16 A-Wings~ 15 Jedi Starfighters (two different ship types, cause I goofed)~ 14 X-Wings~ 14 Marauders~ 9 Tie Advanced~ 8 B-Wings~ 8 Nubian N2s~ 6 Imperial Shuttles~ 4 Y-wings~ 3 Arc 170 Starfighters~ 2 Corellian Gunships~ 2 Dreadnaughts~ 2 B-Frigates~ 2 Nubian 327 Cruisers~ 2 Interdictors~ 1 Star Destroyer.
Although I modeled them, none of the designs are mine. Due to the source I got them from, I was unable to identify the builder. (Some models available from LEGO)
I should have rendered this in layers, and with better composition. But that wasn't the point. Save File = 425MB, Rendertime = 8:43:35, 3,748,249 polygons in view. That's 3.7M polys, each hand placed by me! oh wait, no.

Cool models, but the picture is a bit too busy for my taste.

That's just awesome! The scale of it is amazing, and I can imagine how much work went into this! Excellent!

Wow. That's pretty damn impressive. I like the Lego look of some of the models.
