Description
I created this with Photoshop 7, using the clouds filter, gradient color fills and then coloring the various selections. I created a colored cloud layer and added a low angle spotlight to create the surface texture. Then I selected an area with the wand tool and added a hue/saturation adjustment layer to colorize. All in all, it went together very quickly. Let me know what you think. Thanks.
