interesting image - an unusual shape - but that hellps to establish the sense of balance, like a teeter-totter - there is a bit of tension in the middle, and it seems to have an effect further out the arm

No need to seek balance here. It has perfect balance! I love your use of bright and rich colors and they are excellently highlighted which allows your image to stand out and be see. It also has a wonderful texture.
