Description
Sick of all the fake smiles,
tired of pretending,
my heart just isn't mending-
my mind just isn't set,
maybe i'm not ready yet-
but my faith is strong,
and I don't want to be wrong,
JUST GOTTA RELAX-
Don't break away from me,
not just yet,
there's something there,
that makes my heart melt-
but what if you hurt me,
and I slit my wrist,
and the pain doesn't heal,
because you weren't real,
JUST GOTTA RELAX-
Mind racing,
how dare you face me-
can't take it,
and won't dare fake it-
I raise the knife,
and make you take take it-
blood gushes,
now you feel what i feel,
JUST GOTTA RELAX-
Don't tell me to take it easy,
I might just break your neck,
then you'll definitely get the full effect-
see my sun shine-
and your sky turn black,
cuz i'm not quite on track,
JUST GOTTA RELAX-
You've been dropped,
cuz I stopped believing,
that you won't decieve me,
then get up and leave me-
no more tears from me,
just crimson red hands,
and a black heart,
ready for the next new start,
SCREW THE RELAXING-
MY ANGER HAS DONE IT'S MAXING-

As I always say, teenage angst is a powerful thing. Some of the ideas within the poem seemed jumpy (ex- at first sad, than self-destructive, than murderous) but I still found it to be a good read. Also, I liked the repetition of "just gotta relax". I look forward to reading more in the future.
