Her hair is really pretty... The use of black on her face may be a little strong though. It comes together very well compositionally. The skulls are cut off at the bottom which detracts from the composition though. I like the way you can see her tattoos going down into her clothes, sexy! I think the skulls look too sharp against the background, like they are floating instead of on the ground. I love her pose, it looks very natural and works well with the pic. And the clothes are wonderful!
