This is most excellent; I don't know why, but these images make me think of the war bonnets of the plains indian chiefs at a war dance. The colours are magnificent and the detail is incredible. V

Now Richard, come on, You know these little guys escaped from your hard drive and went running away and you snapped their picture to 'capture' them! (LOL) That very minute amount of blur you so creatively used, makes these little guys look like they got caught in motion! The sense of movement is wonderful! Makes them seem alive, and almost to have personality! The two lighter colored ones seem to be a little quicker on their embers(?) than the other two! And since everyone is saying which is their favorite flame, mine is upper right! Thanks for sharing this really unique and exceptional work of art! Leanndra

Dear Richard, that's kind of unfair - 4 at once! The odd thing is that tonight that mostly look like "fractals." And the reason isn't in the image but in me. It's been a real tough day and I'm kind of in an imaginative doldrum right now. I think I'm going to just say, very pretty and very well done - as always.
