Description
set myself a little challange the otherday to hand paint in photoshop rusty metal useing only photoshop and no photos, took about 15 mins to do, I have not rendered this up yet, so im giving you the chance to wack it in your fav, 3D app first and see what its like, woould look good on a pipe or door its a seemless tile 512x512 at an ok 150 kbs.

yeah good point this is a low rez pic tho have it at 1024x1024 as well as a nice looking bump map. thanks for comment :)

Looks good, but you should make it seamless. Something to test to make it richer in texture: duplicate, mirror and flip the copy, then layer multiply and make it a litle brighter.

ok gunsan if you read the post you would of seen that its all-ready a seamless tile:), i have another copy thats alot more redder, when you cut down on file size you tend to lose alot of the detail involved in the texture.
