this is my final of this young kid. i finally feel like i have the hair right.i would really appreciate feed back of any kind. thanks to all

You could maybe try adding some eyelashes to him (just a suggestion)Nice work,keep it up

Maybe some more transition between his hair lines and skin. Try using some mix maps or blend material to make the lines more subtle. Great Job though.
