Description
This indoor plant is called a Christmas Cactus because it usually blooms around Dec. This year it is a bit late to bloom unlike many other flowers around here that are blooming earlier than usual.

nice work, lovely close-up of cactus flower. there seems to be the two varieties of zygocactus, so that whichever hemisphere you reside in there are some at Christmas and some at Easter, uncanny.
