This a work done in photoshop with channels, brushes, no layers effects!!!

The chrome looks pretty good. Only some of the angles look a bit messed up. Maybe u could practice on the perspectives a bit more. Overall it looks pretty cool. Just make a lot of different styles and technices. Good luck
