Mammy - V3 with PoserStyle NeautralBody Texture, Face morph by me, Daz Morphing Fantasy Dress with my texture, PW turban (touched up in postwork).
Drapes from Sams 3D, bed from free stuff.
Applied old photo filter in PSP as a final touch
