Description

A little over a month ago, I was browsing through the Renderosity galleries and happened upon a fractal work by the artist called "joeydude": I was just amazed at the unabashed and intense beauty of the work and immediately scrambled across the net for software that I might possibly do something similar with. I found, of course, UltraFractal, among others, and have since been hammering that-(architecturally)-excellent program like a man intoxicated with new and unsuspected vistas of visionary form. I will not claim that I have achieved a similarity of excellence to the works of "joeydude"-(and many others here: the "urchin", for instance)-but I think this is at least a respectable result. Programs: UltraFractal 3.05 with postwork in Photoshop 5.5

That really is a masterpiece - wonderful pattern, colouring, reflection, 3D etc. etc... I have a LOT of catching up to do inside UF which I recently purchased! lol! Any hints? You say you found a TUT? If you are able to let me know where I can find one (other than what's already inside the UF program), please do!

:😊: First, thank you very much for your kind words about my work. I wish you the best of luck with UF. After a couple of years, I still find that it's mostly trial and error, and luck! If can achieve such a nice image when just beginning, you have a wonderful journey ahead of you! Welcome!
