Time for an update. Still creating fractal and loving it. It helps keep me sane. Apophysis is still the program of choice for creating fractal art. There are many amazing programs to choose from.ÂÂ
So much art, so little time.ÂÂ
We have lost fractal artists to the grim reaper. People who will live on through their art. People we miss and always will. People who made a difference, a better one, in our lives and people that we were blessed to have known.ÂÂ
Have lost a few people to life, and that hurts too. It is strange how distance doesn't stop love, nor circumstance, nor time.ÂÂ
Treasure what you have...

Very pretty, wonderful use of color!

I really like that song and I sympathize with those that you talk about. I was lucky as a kid, more so than my oldest daughter who is a child of divorce, and yet I find little joy in holidays. This is a beautiful fractal, full of light and joy that should brighten all of our spirits. Very nicely done.

"Walking Wounded", I am one...thank you for the lovely image and sentiment....Holidays are bitter-sweet. But, trying to make great memories for my own children so that when they open up that file on their childhood, the gift I've given is a better life than my own...one of happiness....Ginny

Both of my parents died On or near Easter. My dad was April 7, 1996 Easter Sunday. My mom was April 9, 1972 a week before Easter sunday. Easter is what it is for those who celebrate it. I celebrate in my own quiet ways. This is a beautiful fractal and a very awesome tribute. Christine.

An awesome creatin, Leanndra. I feel for you and all others that have no loving memories of some or all holidays. I send you and them my love, hoping it will help. I'm forever greatful that I had a pretty nice childhood. For the most part they were happy. Happy Easter to all! Ruthee

your picture is an excellent flame... the fact that you were born with artistic talent makes you still a very lucky lady... drown the bad memories and just see the smiles you put on faces of people that enjoy your art.. HUG Henny

Truly alot of pain within memories of the hidden past. You like I and many more bare the sign of terrible acts, we lose apart of our sacred innocence to gain a gift of future knowledge, fair be it we didn't wish to gain it in this way...Thank you Leanndra for your kind words and this beautiful yet delicate image of calming...Breath-taking!!!...:)

Stunning render, Leanndra! You just keep turning them out, one right after the other. I love the shape of this design it has a nice flow and the colors are wonderful together. They really highlight and show of the image with perfection. Another one for the perfect book!!!

Beautiful, Leanndra. I had both parents, and a happy family life, but during my adult life I found that outside of my 'Cocoon' people were not so kind, and that just because you love someone, that doesn't necessarily mean that they love you back. Holidays aren't much fun for me, either. For those of us who are alone, they are a little hard to face. Thank you.

Beautiful...this is what I hope to one day learn if I find the patience:)
