Almost there. Tone down the water surface reflectivity, so more of the white seafoam around the rocks shows. As is now, the water looks too overexposed to show any detail. Also, even in the distance, the ship is sitting too high out of the water, needs to be lowered just a little. And there would be more water splashes against the rocks, whether the water was inbound or receding. Check out photos of rocky shorelines for reference.
