Description

aguntherphotography.com I finally bit the bullet and bought a new camera. A Canon EOS 20D and some nice lens options. When I saw the final bill I almost collapsed. Well I am slowly recovering. Still messing around with the raw images. This one is somewhat satisfactory. Now I have to come up with a new workflow. I switched to the free Rawshooter but the program still has some quirks. I did not imagine it would be that hard going from a 300D to a 20D. After all it took me 18 month to have the 300D totally figured out. Hope you like it anyways. This one was done with the Kit lens since I haven't baught a decent wideangle yet. I stopped it down to f/11. Amazingly its razor sharp even at the corners.

I love this view. I have stood in the same place and took the same foto.You done an excellent capture. It would be hard not to find something to photograph around SF. I was looking yesterday at the 20D and they was asking a grand including lens. It is so light weight, and funcional. I think the battery cost is extremely high, but if you want to play then cost is necessary-V

I guess you meant the 350D the 20D is more than that ;-). Batteries are cheap on ebay. I got 2 already, thats plenty.

Is that the Golden Gate Bridge? Very nice shot. BTW: if you use Photoshop, Adobe has a free plugin called "Adobe Camera RAW." It offers excellent control over your digital negatives. It's all I use with my NEF files.
