I kind of like this kind of photos, it shows the side of life that almost no one bother to se the inner beauty of, I bet if this shot was taken with kids playing outside, and leefs on the tree, more would se this photo and comment on it, but I find the nakedness of this picture kind of refreshing, and welle worth spending some time looking at

The grafitti says it is not respected. Here in America it would be slated for tear down. There was some attempt at lightness with the little porches but the monlithic concrete just overwhelmed the raillings. Stone and brick have lasted for thousands of years and centuries respectively but concrete seems doomed to represent a fifty year span before frost and rain destroy it with cracks and inner rust.
