Very, very nice work! I love the depth and sense of distance, and the tree-work. The water and mist up-close looks like spheres, and artifacted. Other than that, it's wonderful!

The concept is ok but you really need to do some work on this, the waterfall is not very realistic, the tree on the right looks like it is made of rock. And you need to take time to make the bird sit in the tree it looks like you just shoved there at the last moment, the seagull is a model that has been around for yrs and there are better examples around, the catails are far to large and need to be looked at again and would not even grow in fast flowing water if your going to do pictures where nature is involved study nature first. all in all not a very good image at all. in fact not even worth rating i would not normally make comments on peoples work like this and would drather not comment at all but you attack my friend of mine and then you get attacked and i did not see you ask to have her comments removed from your comments you sir are a Bully and not worthy of her comments to you. you can come back and attack me but i dont give a toss and by attacking my friend you have asked to be attacked not only by me but by others so why dont just pack up and leave this gallery as there lots of people awaiting your next image people that have both heaps more talent than me and definatley heaps more than you

I agree with Kelvin your work lacks realism and to make matters worse I can't stand someone who is cowardly to attack a lady. ( especially a friend )

Your foreground rocky area are not realistic looking and the tree population in the distance is even less realistic looking. As far as the water features, well I can't even give an opinion on it as it doesn't look like water at all. Learn the programs first, before your ego attacks another's work which is far superior to this.

Nice sky, but the rest of the image seems to lack detail and dimension. Here, when we live in glass houses we're usually hesitant to throw stones. This is both an artistic and a learning community; we try to encourage each other. If to you this is a** kissing then so be it, but honestly you, too, seem to be in the learning stages. You should do a bit of sprucing up before you go throwing insults.

I won't stoop to attacking your art, besides.. I'm not much of an artist either. But Marlene (Shahlaa) is a dear friend of mine and I have been her Tutor in Bryce. So I take any attack against one of my students (and/or friends) rather personally. Imagine if 'YOUR MOTHER' was loved by many here and was trying her best to cope with the complexities of digital art. Would you have been so cruel and caustic with such a comment on your own mothers art, as the one you posted on Marlene's? I really doubt it. If you really wanted to help her, you should have made some honest supportive suggestions and not simply vented your anger. Now the question is.. are you mature enough to post an apology in her gallery? I'm betting you won't. Also, you might want to study up on Karma, it will play a pivotal role in your future. Good luck from Dave :^)
