Description

I used my friend Alain Rivard's Excelsior - A Model in this image. I tweaked some of the shading on it before making it. I used HDRI/Image World and used the Bloom Plug-in as well. I used 3 Area lights for a soft tint as well. The background was painted in Photoshop 7 as well as the blur and film grain. I wanted to go for a TV/movie-esque look

Excellent work. I think the addition of the film grain was a great idea. It's really unnoticable by it's self unless you point it out, but it brings a sort of atmosphere to the peice that wouldn't be there without it. Sometimes it's the stuff you can't see that sets the piece apart.

Pretty good work here. A few things- -More Contrast - disable ambient lighting etc have really darkish sides contrasted with brighter sides. -The grain is usefull, when its is a very tiny tiny amount, you went a little overboard with it. Keep up the good work!
