Description

my first all C4D image in a long while. Messed around with the lighting for a long while and still not sure I got it right!

Nice work. The cars seem so big in relation to the track that it doesn't seem like there would be room for passing. Nice piece of C4D work though.

All together it's a very good work. Congratulations!

Ok, a few constructive criticisms: 1) as smiles said, the craft are WAY too big for this track. 2) The lighting needs drastic improvement. Not only do these look like generic lightpoles in a futuristic setting, but they're out of place here. The mountain lighting, which floods the back of the image, is poor. 3) those drainage grates should be on the -bottom- of the track, I think. 4) This image is in dire need of motion blur; are these craft hovering? moving? The engine fans should also be blurred. 5) I can't tell which way the craft are going. Keep at it!

This is really good, I agree with Turner410 on some points especially the motion blur. You need a real sense of speed here. Nice modelling though

haven't got the hang of motion blur yet, obviously that's my next thing to learn! I have to say it's a little scary posting to the C4D gallery as opposed to other galleries! But it's all good - ways to improve are always welcome:) PS: re the not being able to pass - they can actually fly over each other, but I take your point on the size of the track....

cool but I agree with the comments above. The image also needs some movement - the racers look like they just are "hangning" there and their turbines aren't spinning. Keep it up!

This is good, you just need some motion blur to get it where it ultimately belongs. Wonderful modeling and textures.
