Description

Hi everyone, this is a readaptation of the 3-D multimedia novel called "Sinkha".I had a couple of old Heavy Metal magazines from the 80s and got the idea about the robot from the cover. I have always wanted to render that robot! Rendered in Carrara 4 pro i used no Ampi designer at all in this one just the vertex and spline room from Carrara and for once no post work was involved. Love the droids. Yeh I wish they had kept the option of the wizard modeler from RDS in Carrara, its easier to use for most things.

Wow, after weeks of fruit(almost)less efforts to model a robot, I finally saw this. A very nice and useful idea of the main body. Thanks for sharing (I don`t mean I will borrow;). Great modeling!!
