BobbyStahr aka Robert Purves was seduced into computers late in life(age 45) by a free Amiga 1000 that I needed to transcribe music with. When that was done one thing led to another and 18 months later due to a need for speed and Imagine porting over I jumped to a pc. Never looked back happy to say. I play no games, have no business software, just art and music. BIO I use Imagine a lot, Photoshop quite a bit, Vue6I PLE a bit also, and have played a bit with the free ver. of Cinema4D, and am recently enamored of the new TG 3 Free. I also write copious amounts of music in an awesome and inexpensive music writing software called MelodyAssistant, available at http://www.myriad-online.com The hyphen is part of the URL. Highly reccomended to anyone, musician or not. I got into art from sports at an early age when I discovered I was more into cooperation than competition...my mission statement is" Never go straight.....Go Forward...."

Guess I should have mentioned here as well that all textures except the controll panel are Imagine procedurals...one soft shadow light and coloured ambience for lighting..naked infifnite plane for ground..all modeled in the detail editor with a sphere split apart, top half for the top 4 corners, bottom reversed, positioned and rejoined then connected using the edge line/fill to edge line commands, add faces used to finish up the shape and a boolean to cut the front angle..corner bumpers made from a copy of the cace with all but the faces except the corners deleted, the individually extruded a tiny ammount...

Very, very nice work here. I noticed your radio series. I still have one of the first transistor radios from back in the 1950s that I bought for my wife.

That's an excellent looking amp my friend! The texture work looks right-on, all the more impressive because you used procedurals. I hope you are able to get your amp back soon.

This Marchall is one of my favorite too, but I don't have. The simple lighting is giving good image. I think you can make each parts (Jack, knob and switch) more finely.
